A core feature of Frameify is that all built-in creation functions are available to all users without mandatory registration, account creation, or user login. By accessing and using our application and all internal creation services, you acknowledge and accept the service rules and usage specifications stated in these terms.
Our platform provides users with convenient, efficient, and safe AI visual creation functions with a minimalist operation mode and independent technical services.
All functional services provided by Frameify are independently developed, operated, and maintained by our technical team. The core service modules include:
All modules run on our exclusive independent server system. We do not access, invoke, or cooperate with any third-party technical service platforms, third-party AI algorithms, or external data processing systems.
Frameify only provides users with personal non-commercial AI visual creation services. Users can upload local images, input custom text content, and generate exclusive stylized pictures and creative videos through our built-in AI functions.
Users shall use Frameify's services in compliance with public network norms and legitimate personal usage standards. All content created through our platform shall be limited to personal entertainment, personal viewing, and non-commercial sharing.
Users are prohibited from using the platform's AI creation functions to produce, disseminate, or spread:
Users are solely responsible for all original materials uploaded and content created by themselves. Our team reserves the right to restrict abnormal service access behavior.
Frameify adheres to the strictest user data protection standards and implements a zero-collection policy for users' sensitive biological information.
Frameify will never collect, scan, identify, record, store, analyze, or extract any user facial information, facial feature data, facial contour information, facial biological characteristics, skin texture details, facial expression data, or any other face-related personal sensitive information in any form or under any usage scenario.
When users upload images containing facial elements, our system only performs overall pixel-level style rendering and global frame synthesis. It will not independently identify, split, extract, or retain any facial feature information.
In addition, Frameify does not actively collect users' name, mobile phone number, residential address, age, or identity information. Since account login is not required, the platform does not generate user account data or login records.
Frameify strictly promises zero third-party data sharing throughout the entire service operation process.
All user uploaded materials, input text content, generated creation works, operation records, and all potential personal information involved in the usage process will never be shared, sold, leased, transmitted, or disclosed to any third-party individuals, enterprises, or institutions.
The application has no built-in third-party tracking tools, statistical plug-ins, advertising modules, or third-party data interaction channels. All user operation data and creation content are processed in a closed loop in our independent service system.
All visual works including stylized images and creative videos generated by users through Frameify's services belong to the users themselves. Our platform only provides technical support and service tools for content creation, and does not occupy, inherit, or obtain any ownership rights of user creation content.
Temporary data generated during the creation process will not be permanently stored by our server. Final finished works are only saved locally on the user's personal mobile device.
Our team will regularly maintain and optimize the platform's AI creation functions, interface experience, and service stability. During routine maintenance, minor function adjustments and experience optimizations may be carried out to continuously improve product service quality.
